Commercial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a commercially savvy leader to manage all commercial and financial aspects of our 600+ lounges.

This role includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with external partners, and leading relationships with client airlines and lounge suppliers globally. Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal ability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage relationships, expectations, and deliverables across the business
  • Provide recommendations and influence outcomes for senior leadership decisions
  • Lead key negotiations with client airlines and suppliers, shaping outcomes at the executive level
  • Drive new business opportunities, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across Lounge operations
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years in a large-scale, complex commercial environment
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management
  • Culturally astute, able to develop networks beyond the team, and a strong advocate for the brand
