Commercial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our commercial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving salesforce effectiveness, managing the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) process, and owning the in-country Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process.
Responsibilities- Salesforce Effectiveness:
- Work with commercial leaders to develop and implement sales strategies, including territory planning, call frequency, and talk tracks.
- Propose and manage SIP process, setting KPIs, documenting progress, and tracking achievement at each payout cycle.
- Operations:
- Serve as primary point of contact for all commercial operations, interfacing with other departments to ensure successful strategy implementation.
- Own in-country SOP process, collaborating with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to maintain efficient stock levels.
- Business Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide centralized business reporting, creating new reports as needed or proposing changes with a consultative approach.
- Conduct scenario analysis and evaluation for new business opportunities or variations to existing models.
- Channel, Tender, and Contract Management:
- Optimize country GTM model to maximize profitability and simplify operations.
- Manage relationships with key customers, wholesalers, distributors, banner groups, and large retail chains to drive operational excellence.
