Australia Business Development and Bid Manager for Underground Infrastructure

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Development and Bid Manager to strengthen our teams in Australia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and bid management within the construction and engineering industry, with a strong understanding of underground engineering and relevant civil engineering disciplines.
- Develop new business opportunities in the civil engineering sector, focusing on underground engineering and associated disciplines;
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, designers, and industry professionals;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings;
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure technical expertise and business development are aligned.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum 10 years of experience post-Bachelor's degree;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in communication and proposal writing;
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.
