This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people experiencing early signs of psychosis in a dynamic, multidisciplinary service that empowers them to thrive. Our team provides screening, assessment, and therapeutic interventions to support young people aged 12–25.

You will provide evidence-based, recovery-oriented care using a collaborative, empowerment-focused approach. This includes delivering individual and group therapy sessions, conducting complex risk assessments, and developing safety and care plans.

We are looking for a skilled Mental Health Clinician who can build strong rapport with young people, including Aboriginal young people and their families. You will also represent our service at community events and awareness sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing)">">
  • Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body (e.g., AASW)">">
  • Minimum 1 year experience in youth mental health or related field">">
  • Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting young people, including co-morbidities">">
  • Experience working with culturally diverse groups and a commitment to culturally safe practice">">
