About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Youth Mental Health Leader to provide effective leadership of our youth mental health services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a positive impact in the lives of young people.

As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services deliver high-quality early intervention youth mental health support to young people aged 12-25. You will work closely with Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for youth mental health and a keen interest in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services. Prior experience or demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations is essential.

The successful candidate will have an approved tertiary qualification (Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Registered Nurse) and at least 5 years of experience providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams within a clinical mental health setting.
