We are seeking a skilled leader to provide effective and high-quality leadership of teams across our sites.

About the Role

  • This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality early intervention youth mental health services within the headspace model of evidence-based best practice.
  • You will support Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.
  • This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services.

Your Background

  • A strong background in youth mental health and leadership is essential for this role.
  • You should have a passion for delivering high-quality services to young people and a keen interest in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services.
  • You must be able to work effectively with Clinical Leads and senior staff to achieve service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for young people.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform service improvement initiatives.

About You

  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of youth mental health principles and best practices is required.
  • You must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
