Youth Mental Health Leader

Are you a natural leader with a passion for youth mental health? We're seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality early intervention services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and support to Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Ensure adherence to reporting requirements and clinical governance standards.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
As Centre Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of youth mental health services in your region. If you have a strong track record of leadership and a commitment to improving access and cultural safety, we want to hear from you.
Requirements- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Registered Nursing.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical mental health setting.
- Passion for youth mental health and commitment to service improvement.
- Experience working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally diverse clients, communities, and staff.
