Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and support to Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
  • Ensure adherence to reporting requirements and clinical governance standards.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Registered Nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical mental health setting.
  • Passion for youth mental health and commitment to service improvement.
  • Experience working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally diverse clients, communities, and staff.
