Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled leader to provide effective and high-quality leadership of teams across our Darwin and Palmerston sites.
As a Centre Manager, you will ensure the service delivers quality early intervention youth mental health services to young people aged 12-25 within the headspace model of evidence-based best practice.
You will support Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth mental health and keen interest in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services.
