About Anglicare NT:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective leadership of teams across Darwin and Palmerston sites.
  • Ensuring high-quality early intervention youth mental health services within the headspace model.
  • Supporting Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Approved tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Registered Nurse.
  • Effective leader with minimum 5 years' experience providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams in a clinical mental health setting.
  • Passion for youth mental health and interest in service improvement, access, and cultural safety of mental health services.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.
