About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you will lead headspace teams across Darwin and Palmerston sites to deliver quality early intervention youth mental health services. You will provide support to Clinical Leads and senior staff to ensure effective model delivery, clinical governance, and adherence to reporting requirements.

You will actively engage with service providers in the region to strengthen key partnerships that support the four key pillars of the headspace primary services model. Your passion for youth mental health and commitment to cultural safety are essential qualities for this role.

To be successful, you will have:

  • An approved tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Registered Nursing.
  • A proven track record of leadership experience in a clinical mental health setting, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Prior experience working respectfully with Indigenous and culturally diverse clients, communities, and staff.
