We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Prominent Tier 3 Builder, a leading construction company in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-profile projects with a strong pipeline of work for 2024/2025.

Company Overview
  • Prominent Tier 3 Builder has established itself as a stalwart of Melbourne, with a diverse client base including government, institutional, aged care, and commercial clients.
  • The company has recently secured significant contracts, including a $13m state government project and a $7m commercial development for an ASX-listed company.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Administering contracts and head/subcontracts
  2. Setting up and maintaining project letting schedules
  3. Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, and schedules
  4. Evaluating subcontract tenders and managing progress claim assistance and external variations
  5. Managing project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
  6. Administering RFIs to architects, consultants, and clients
  7. Supporting the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
