The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of construction contracts, including but not limited to:

  • Contract Administration:
    • Review and analyse construction contracts to identify key terms and conditions.
    • Prepare and issue contract documents, including variations, notices, and claims.
    • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks and issues.
    • Manage the contract close-out process.
  • Procurement:
    • Prepare tender documents and evaluate tenders.
    • Issue purchase orders and manage supplier performance.
    • Resolve procurement disputes and claims.
  • Claims and Variations:
    • Prepare and submit claims and variations.
    • Negotiate settlements with clients and subcontractors.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
    • Prepare project reports and presentations.

  • Proficiency in Procore is a must.
