At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a Contract Management Specialist in Melbourne to drive our ongoing delivery success with clients.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contract administration processes, including tendering and contracting, ensuring quality of the package prior to RFP or contract execution.
  2. Negotiate contract terms with vendors, draft contract documents, and work closely with project teams for effective document processing.
  3. Assess and negotiate variations with vendors, preparing change management decks for processing as part of all change orders.
  4. Oversee contract administration requirements relating to executed contracts, maintaining organized records and leading complex projects.
  5. Analyze potential risks and scope gaps in vendor and contractor contracts, developing relationships and driving projects to successful completion.
  6. Manage project budgets, advising on options to keep budget on track, integrating vendor scope into overall project delivery strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in Business or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' contract administration experience, preferably within the same environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in contract administration tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
