As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless contract management and execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interfacing with internal and external vendors relating to contracts
  • Ensuring contractor compliance to contract terms and conditions
  • Monitoring and tracking contract variations
  • Managing High Value Correctives and Reimbursables costs and process
  • Supporting Contract Manager/Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required
  • Assisting with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) management for preventative and reactive work
  • Processing incoming purchase orders and invoices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and facilitate contract creation
  • Maintaining accuracy and completeness of contract documents while adhering to company policies and industry regulations
  • Tracking key milestones, renewals, and amendments in the centralized contract database

Your ideal background includes:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar contract management role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate in Administration or Management

This role offers a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
