About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team, based in our North Ryde office. This role will provide strategic and operational support to our Signaling & Infrastructure Director, contributing to business strategy, identifying solutions, and driving success through our people.

The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership experience, be able to engage, influence, develop and support the Services Business across Australia, and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide value as a HRBP through a commercial and customer centric approach that contributes to the delivery of the company's strategic objectives.
  • Deliver a transformational people and culture agenda to enable our growth strategy with key business units.
  • Bring both a hands-on and strategic approach, focusing on building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

This role will have key accountabilities in the areas of workforce planning, succession and talent management, engagement and culture, performance management, industrial relations, and communication and change management.
