Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic People Partner to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering people strategies that drive commercial success, customer outcomes, and cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, organisational development, and change leadership. They will be able to influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, and collaborate across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with General Managers to design and deliver people strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  • Drive performance frameworks and change leadership
  • Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions
