Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to support our business operations in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver HR programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders across all levels to provide guidance and support on HR matters.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

This role requires strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of Australian employment law and regulations.
