About this role:

Job Summary

This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney offices. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping decisions that positively impact people around the world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our people strategy to support business growth objectives. This includes partnering with business leaders at all levels, executing initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, managing people risk, and demonstrating challenger-thinking and initiative.

  • Deliver HR programs, initiatives, and cyclical activities to support business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to drive positive change and improve employee engagement
  • Develop insights from data to diagnose issues and propose solutions to improve productivity

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate Aon's Graduate Program. You will also be required to collaborate with the HR team to champion a culture of excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of human resources practices and principles. You should be able to provide strategic guidance and support to senior stakeholders to drive business success.
