Drive Organisational Effectiveness Through Innovative Learning and Development Programs

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute a strategic people development agenda. This role is crucial in delivering a market-leading learning & development strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
  • The creativity and courage to innovate and implement distinctive learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct a comprehensive review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with executives, directors, and partners to identify leadership capability gaps.
  2. Design and implement training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the organisation.
  3. Create and deliver high-ROI leadership development programs, drawing on previous successful experiences.
  4. Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy for all employees, focusing particularly on senior/executive leadership programs.
  5. Facilitate the development and delivery of high-quality learning content, tools, and programs, including blended training solutions.
  6. Lead the enrollment and execution of compliance and professional development programs.
  7. Manage relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies.
  8. Promote L&D activities, crafting strategies to engage employees, and rigorously analysing the effectiveness of these programs.
  9. Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies.
  11. Exercise strong group facilitation and consultative skills to enhance collaborative learning environments.
  12. Design engaging and impactful learning offerings, such as workshops and seminars.
  13. Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients, ensuring a focus on superb client service.
  14. Function well within a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy, and excellence.
  15. Apply a strong commercial orientation with a deep understanding of the business to enhance the relevance and impact of learning programs.
  16. Embody a growth mindset with a consistent focus on self-improvement and personal development.
