Job Role Overview
As a Workplace Health Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating workplace health programs to improve the wellbeing of employees.
This role combines behind-the-scenes work with client-facing activities, making it an ideal position for those who enjoy both clinical service delivery and programme management.
- Program Planning & Implementation: Coordinate comprehensive workplace health programmes including health checks, skin checks, health expos, ergonomic assessments, seminars, online classes, and flu vaccinations for assigned clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives supporting customer cohorts, ensuring programmes align with organisational objectives and employee needs.
- Health Service Delivery: Utilise professional background for practical implementation, such as providing health checks, nutrition consultations, group training sessions, clinical development, and content creation.
- Risk Management & Referrals: Follow up on high-risk participants and facilitate referrals into mental health services where appropriate.
- Team Support & Operations: Assist in operations of Physical Health services and support junior staff or health professionals.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, ensuring all services meet quality and compliance standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in health programme coordination or a related field, with a proven track record of successful workplace health initiatives.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Eye for detail and strong project management skills.
Candidates with backgrounds in Dietetics, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, occupational health, nursing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
