Looking for a challenging role that combines health and safety with continuous improvement? We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive WHS Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

This 12-month fixed-term part-time position (2 days per week) involves supporting Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives across the business. You'll work closely with our WHS Manager to assist with incident management, safety system administration, injury coordination, and employee wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting incident and hazard reporting using our Safety Champion system
  • Assisting with incident investigations and WHS dashboard reporting
  • Coordinating injury management activities and Return to Work planning
  • Liaising with insurers, brokers, and medical professionals as needed
  • Maintaining WHS documentation, registers, and compliance records
  • Promoting and supporting employee wellbeing programs (e.g. Sonder)
  • Assisting with safety communications, training, and engagement activities

You'll be highly organised, values-driven, and passionate about creating safe, healthy, and supportive workplaces. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset are essential for this role. Requirements
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of WHS and Workers Compensation legislation
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • A genuine interest in workplace safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement

Bonus points if you have experience working with insurers and medical professionals or a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
