We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Central Western Sydney, Outer Western Sydney, and Northern Sydney areas.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and building strong relationships with local employers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local labour market, and the ability to develop and maintain close partnerships with employers.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting employers in the Central Western Sydney, Outer Western Sydney, and Northern Sydney regions to create inclusive work environments.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries to provide expert advice to employers.
- Proactively identifying and developing new employer relationships to expand our network and achieve our goals.
- Helping employers adapt their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
- Engaging job-ready candidates and matching them with employers, facilitating successful employment outcomes.
- Working closely with employment consultants and ongoing support consultants to ensure seamless support for employers and candidates alike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with employers and candidates.
- Deep understanding of the local labour market, including emerging industries and trends.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
