Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Officer on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Service Manager and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the Bundaberg Children, Youth and Family Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering enquiries, managing travel arrangements, generating reports, and maintaining office files and records.
- Provide financial administration support, including accounts payable and petty cash.
- Occasionally travel to provide support to surrounding services, dependent on business needs.
Requirements:
- Professional administrator with office experience and high-level computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Blue Card (Working with Children), Licensed Care Service (Child Protection) and a National Police Clearance.
