Customer Service and Administration Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Administration Representative to join our team at Bradnam's Windows and Doors in Bundaberg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
- Accurately process and complete paperwork, maintaining high levels of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Contribute to sales targets by providing effective and timely responses to customer requests.
- Develop and improve knowledge of Bradnam's products, staying up-to-date with current building codes and industry developments.
- Identify areas for improvement within sales and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the credit department and support fellow customer service team members to achieve shared goals.
- Adhere to safe work practices, complying with all site requirements and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience in a customer-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
