About the Role

We are seeking a temporary receptionist to join our team at Brook Recruitment in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a reception or administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Wednesday, on two separate periods: 7th-9th October and 14th-16th October. The rate of pay for this position is estimated to be around $25-$30 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of the job.
