Multisystemic Therapy Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Multisystemic Therapy team as an Administrator. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Collect and enter client data accurately and efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations to support the team's mission.
- Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients professionally and compassionately, upholding high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration or a relevant qualification (Cert IV/Diploma in Business Admin or higher).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with client databases (advantageous).
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a Criminal Records Check.
