The Office Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and fostering positive client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting all guests with a friendly and uplifting demeanour
- Accepting deliveries from couriers
- Answering phone calls
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A warm and personal approach
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Previous reception experience
Estimated salary for this role is $60-$80 per hour based on industry standards. We encourage applicants who are eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.
