Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to corporate computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunication systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in IT and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and requests
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11 & 10 standard operating environment, including Microsoft 365 Office suite and applications
  • Provide remote access support, including VPN and portal access
  • Manage access to internal desk phone system and file shares
  • Coordinate procurement for mobile phone, hardware, and software requests

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated keen interest in IT
  • IT certification or working towards (desirable)
  • One or more years' experience in a similar support role (desirable)

Desirable Experience

  • ITSM Support experience and ITIL familiarity
  • Experience of ticket management tools – ServiceNow (Preferable) or equivalent
  • VPN/Remote access support experience
  • General desktop troubleshooting skills (hardware and software)
  • General network troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2016 suite, including Microsoft Outlook
