About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Level 2 and 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware and software issues;
  • Troubleshooting complex technical problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance;
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and requests in our ticketing system;
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support as needed;
  • Conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement and suggesting recommendations to management;
  • Developing and delivering training sessions to end-users on various technical topics;
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance your skills and expertise;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and goals.

About You

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical support position, preferably within the IT industry. You should possess a solid understanding of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field being preferred.
