
Training and Operations Manager

A Training and Operations Manager role has become available to lead our national Standards and Training program.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the national Standards and Training program, focusing on operational training and competency assessment.
- Develop and maintain standards for frontline roles and design competency assessment tools.
- Coordinate national training and facilitation calendar, including workshops and online sessions.
- Design new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders (WOs) for frontline operations staff.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on training and operations management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as Human Resources or Training.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Competent in documentation and records management using MS Office Suite.
