Training Operations Manager

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our training function.
A Day in the Life
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources across the business.
- Work with operational planners to align training with outage schedules.
- Manage logistics, including rooms, facilities, and materials for training events.
- Engage with external providers to ensure compliance training needs are met.
- Monitor and analyze training outcomes and compliance gaps.
