Job Overview

The Standards Manager plays a vital role in ensuring operational staff receive effective and safe training.

This position sets the framework for operational training, guaranteeing ways of working are clearly documented and consistently applied across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the national training program for operational staff.
  • Oversee the accuracy of training documentation on the Training Platform (MLZ).
  • Coordinate national training schedules and facilitation calendars.
  • Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders (WOs) for frontline operations staff.
  • Establish standards of operational training for all frontline roles and develop competency assessment tools.
  • Determine training delivery methods and assessment record management tools.
  • Collaborate with HSE, Food Safety, WFP and P&C teams on compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven success in a similar leadership role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Training, Course Writing, etc.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills to C-Level executives.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated achievements.
  • Experience in influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
