About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to lead our national strategy in Standards and Training. As a key member of our Corporate Office team, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining and assuring standards that enable operational staff to perform their roles effectively and safely.

The role involves setting the framework for operational training and competency assessment, ensuring our ways of working are clearly documented, and overseeing that these standards are applied consistently across the business.

  • Develop and manage the national Standards and Training program for catering and retail operations.
  • Maintain our Training Platform with accurate documentation of all training materials.
  • Coordinate national training and facilitation calendar to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Orders (WOs) to support operational excellence.
  • Establish standards of operational training for frontline roles.

This role reports to our Chief Operations Officer and involves collaboration with various teams, including Health, Safety and Environment, Food Safety, Warehouse and Procurement, to meet compliance goals and focus on continuous improvement.
