Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at Treasury Brisbane. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding guest service, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Manage guest requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using a professional and friendly tone
  • Respond to guest feedback, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
