About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Treasury Brisbane. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide updates.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions and services.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field an asset.
