Job Description:
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering lasting relationships with key APAC retailers, driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
This role requires an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in account management, sales development, and solution-based consultative sales within the SaaS environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing pipeline using Salesforce and other technologies, while maintaining professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives.
Key responsibilities include guiding customers through upgrade paths, demonstrating software solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to prevent churn.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sound experience in account management and sales development representative roles;
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment;
- Able to use Salesforce and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline;
- Professional poise and confidence when communicating with executives;
- Great task and time management skills;
- Built-in ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion;
