A seasoned retail leader is sought to spearhead the expansion of our U.S. store network.

Job Description

We are embarking on an exciting new chapter, building our own global retail footprint. The successful candidate will have full scope across strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, operational playbooks, P&L performance, and team leadership. With clear authority and a direct line to senior leadership, they will be backed by transparent goals and an engaged cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a multi-year retail store growth strategy across multiple markets
  • Negotiating favorable lease terms for store locations
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing retail teams across multiple geographies

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in premium, design-led retail leadership, who has scaled store networks across multiple geographies. They should be skilled in site selection, lease negotiation, and fit-out project management, and have experience building high-performing teams.

  • Leadership Experience: A proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams in a retail environment.
  • Retail Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing multi-year retail store growth strategies across multiple markets.
  • Site Selection: Skilled in site selection and lease negotiation, with experience in managing fit-out projects.
