Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a multi-year retail expansion strategy across multiple markets to drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential locations for new stores
  • Negotiate lease terms with landlords to secure favorable deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational playbooks and implement processes that support store openings
  • Lead and manage high-performing retail teams across multiple geographies to ensure seamless execution of the expansion plan
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in premium, design-led retail leadership, with a proven track record of scaling store networks across multiple geographies
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, site selection, and lease negotiation
  • Ability to balance location strategy, operational efficiency, and customer experience to drive profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and build high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with international markets and ability to adapt to local cultures and business practices
