Job Title: Parcel Network Expansion Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic expansion of parcel lockers through innovative partnerships and transactional excellence.

This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing strategies to expand the parcel locker network, building relationships with key stakeholders across government and private sectors, and providing expert analysis to inform leasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive network expansion through strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors.
  • Coordinate lease documentation with paralegal teams to meet established KPIs.
  • Conduct market analysis and asset due diligence to inform strategic leasing decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes and implementation of new parcel lockers.
  • Manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor market dynamics and provide strategic recommendations on expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software.
