Administrative Project Coordinator Opportunity

Welcome to this exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our client, a leading Facilities Management Organisation servicing the Government Social Housing sector.
About the RoleWe are seeking 3x Project Coordinators to be based in Eastern Suburbs or South Western Sydney. This role will involve reporting into the Contract Manager and supporting administrative tasks for the broader construction delivery team.
Key Responsibilities- Support Field Supervisors with document management
- Schedule inspections & project supervision on behalf of Field Supervisors
- Answering and responding to inbound calls and emails
- Updating information within in-house system and ensure its accuracy
- Support broader team with scheduling, booking in trades and ad-hoc administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Requirements- Proven track record working in a similar role as Administrator or Project Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience working on the LAHC or within the Facilities Management industry (Highly desirable)
- Strong working experience using MS Office and other programs
- A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously and take directions from the Project Director
