Toll, a global logistics and supply chain solutions provider, seeks an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our workforce management team in Sydney Olympic Park. The successful candidate will support the Group General Manager and team with various administrative and project management tasks.

The role is a key member of our dedicated team, established to deliver solutions and associated management capability for strategic HR-related projects. As an Administrative Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for diary and travel management, budget monitoring, and planning and coordination of programs and activities relating to workforce management.

You will also perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processes, and undertake ad hoc assignments to assist with delivery of programs of work. To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience as a program coordinator or relevant EA/senior administration position, sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting, and excellent planning, time-management, and organizational skills.

Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality, due to access to highly sensitive personnel and business data/information, you will possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and efficient. With the ability to problem-solve and think outside the box, creative thinking towards resolution is essential.

We offer a competitive salary package estimated at AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Budget monitoring and tracking expenditures/transactions
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up actions, and provide status updates across the projects
  • Planning and coordination of a program and activities relating to Workforce Management
  • Perform quality control audits to ensure accuracy of data across systems and processes
  • Ad hoc assignments to assist with delivery of programs of work
