Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Marble. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and supervisors, assisting with project documentation, and coordinating communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors, including preparing project reports, updating project schedules, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Project Documentation: Assist with project documentation, including preparing contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports.
- Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, including scheduling meetings, site visits, and project-related events.
- Project Tracking: Maintain accurate project records and track project timelines, including managing invoicing, timesheets, and procurement processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Project Administration Experience: Previous experience in project administration, preferably within the construction or plumbing industry.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and high attention to detail.
- Teamwork: A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support project teams as needed.
