A challenging Infrastructure Project Coordinator opportunity is now available with a leading provider of infrastructure services in NSW. This role involves managing project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily administration for the MPM projects team and work programs
  • Manage purchasing activities including purchase orders, accruals, financial review and dispute resolution with contractors
  • Create and distribute documentation to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support Planning Manager in tracking project planning, deliverables, and QA outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in reviewing finances, end-of-month processes, and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Direct day-to-day administration to the MPM projects team and work programs
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing and accrual processes
  • Support the creation and distribution of documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks to meet short deadlines
Requirements:
  • Experience in Project Coordination/Administration/Controlling
  • Proficient in computer software and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Understanding of purchasing and accrual processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary:

$80 per hour based on location and industry standards.
