We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator and Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to installation managers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project schedules, policy changes, and track updates to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare milestone dates, commissioning, and close-out checklists to ensure project completion is on track
- Submit timely project updates and reports to senior management to maintain transparency and accountability
- Review subcontractors' intellectual and physical works, including risk assessments, to ensure compliance with company standards
- Develop and manage sub-contractor relationships, including scope reviews and proposal development
- Identify, log, and track project risks and issues, resolving them promptly to minimize delays
- Maintain project data in system, including capacity, new opportunities, and general project records
- Analyze data from projects and summarize final reports upon project completion to inform future decision-making
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- AQF Diploma or higher education
- Leadership skills and experience (preferably)
- Teamwork and independence
- Organizational skills and time management
- Communication proficiency
This role offers a competitive salary package, including an annual salary of $72,500 plus superannuation benefits.
