Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Creative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging visual content that showcases the luxury brand's image.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading travel company in Australia, creating high-quality marketing materials that drive business results. You will collaborate with our creative director and other team members to develop design concepts that enhance our communication initiatives across print and digital platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide graphic design solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will manage your own workload, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

In addition to designing marketing collateral, you will also be responsible for creating online advertising creative, responsive web assets, and social media content. You will work closely with the creative director to develop marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality design concepts that align with the luxury brand's image and messaging
  • Create engaging visual content for online and offline marketing channels
  • Design marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and posters
  • Manage pre-press workflows and ensure accurate color reproduction
  • Collaborate with the creative director to develop marketing campaigns and strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a design role, preferably in the luxury goods or travel industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • High-level Adobe skills, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A deep understanding of luxury branding and marketing principles
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
