Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000, including performance-based recognition reviews. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

This role involves managing an existing portfolio of 150+ marketing services customers in a face-to-face account management position. The primary objective is to maintain and grow customer spend by utilizing solution selling techniques within marketing services. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring customers purchase the award-winning Thryv Client Experience CRM system, which helps them achieve their goals.

You will engage in daily face-to-face meetings with small to medium-sized businesses across various industries. When not on the road, you'll work from home to maximize productivity and efficiency. Your tasks will include achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining current customer portfolios while upselling and cross-selling the Thryv Client Experience CRM system, and providing weekly and monthly reports to ensure KPIs are met.

Requirements
  • Highly developed knowledge of the digital media landscape/market
  • 2+ years of face-to-face selling experience with small to medium-sized businesses
  • Proven sales background with experience achieving sales targets
