Role Overview

As our digital footprint expands and commitment to innovative marketing strategies deepens, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Strategist to join our national Head Office in Brisbane.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of five and deliver full-scope strategic and tactical marketing and business development activities for our national firm.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the firm's principals to understand client needs and develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal marketing team to deliver exceptional service to the firm and strengthen its position in the market.
  • Review, develop, and implement the firm's national marketing strategy in line with goals and objectives.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website management.
  • Support the firm's innovation objectives.
  • Develop and lead digital transformation, offering a best-in-class omnichannel experience and personalization.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute client engagement programs and events to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the firm's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Support the creation of relevant content for various platforms, including articles and website blog posts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, client preferences, and identify opportunities for growth.
Experience and Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role across marketing/business development, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Inclusive and exceptional leadership skills to motivate, manage, and guide a high-performing team.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically with a track record of developing, leading, and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A high level of integrity and ethics, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
