We are looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing, who can drive business growth, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a fully integrated B2C business strategy to drive awareness, create online demand, and drive customer acquisition in Australia.
- Lead a cross-functional team to run all aspects of the B2C business, including planning and defining the company's unique value proposition, improving the end-to-end customer journey, leading customer acquisition and retention efforts, and building a 360° view of the customer.
- Work in close partnership with other business leaders, underwriting, product, IT, and relevant teams across the organization to drive strategic planning initiatives and support company objectives for growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Senior leadership experience in e-commerce and digital marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment required.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on & goal-oriented leader with a proven track record in conceptualizing & building a successful B2C e-commerce business in either the travel or financial services industry.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation, and mediation) and ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong e-commerce business awareness - Fluency across sales/basket, media/performance, operations, and promotions data.
- Ability to lead complex projects, competing priorities, anticipate requirements, and possible obstacles.
We offer a competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
