Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team as Head of Marketing at U&U Recruitment Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and maximize revenue growth across a diverse product portfolio under two separate brands;
  • Identify target markets and design tactical, multi-channel campaigns to reach these segments effectively;
  • Collaborate closely with retailers and distributors to understand customer needs and provide product insights;
  • Work in tandem with the product development, sales, and customer service teams to address challenges and create innovative solutions;
  • Oversee and manage the performance of e-commerce, digital, print, and social media campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and positive return on investment (ROI);
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact;
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in generalist marketing, gained in consumer goods, retail, apparel, or similar industries;
  • Previous experience driving marketing activities and sales across B2B retail distribution networks and e-commerce platforms;
  • Able to collaborate across the organization to understand challenges, innovate, and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Strong operational background in generalist marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, e-commerce, partnerships, social media, and trade shows;
  • Previous experience managing marketing teams, with a positive, collaborative, and supportive approach to leadership and development.
