Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mail, stationery, and general office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Provide refreshments and support as required, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to coordinating meetings, events, and team projects, showcasing organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Support diary management and appointment bookings, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare and check documents for accuracy, upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide assistance throughout their process, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Liaise between clients and external assessors where required, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and support walk-in clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Relieve reception staff as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and continuity.
  • Attend client meetings when required, demonstrating a proactive and supportive attitude.
